He is the prayer-hearing, prayer-answering God

One of the prayers revealed by Baha'u'llah begins with the phrase "He is the prayer-hearing, prayer-answering God!"

How true.

The past 2 months have just been...insane.  Prayers that I whispered silently into the wind, some so softly and whimsically I really didn't think He heard.  I wasn't even sure I meant them.  And now, months, maybe even a year later, the answer to this forgotten prayer is knocking on my door. 

Other prayers I prayed more fervently, more obviously, and answers were made clear within moments.  Not the answers I hoped for.  But then just a little down the bend, it all becomes clear.  Why a no is so much better than the yes I'd wanted.

I don't know man.  I wish I could spell it all out; and I will.  Soon.  Once it's really clear and obvious and spelled out. But for now...I just bow my head in thanks and astonishment.

Things I didnt even know to pray for have come to pass and it's just...incredible.

PS- none of this is about boys or romance!!!  And that is a very good thing.

Sorrow not if in these days and on this earthly plane, things contrary to your wishes have been ordained and manifested by God, for days of blissful joy, of heavenly delight, are assuredly in store for you. Worlds, holy and spiritually glorious, will be unveiled to your eyes. You are destined by Him, in this world and hereafter, to partake of their benefits, to share in their joys, and to obtain a portion of their sustaining grace. To each and every one of them you will, no doubt, attain.
